10 Benefits of Being Single

1. Single people will exercise more

If you're single, there's a good opportunity you're hitting the gym more often than you married. A 2011 study found that people who have never been married exercised more than people in any other marital category (including current married men and women, as well as divorcees and widowers).

2. Maintain a healthier weight

A single man is also more likely to maintain a healthy weight. Several studies have found that men and women tend to pack on the pounds after they married. One study found that married people are more likely to be overweight than their single peers, while another found that women who lost weight in preparation for their weddings had the tendency to gain weight in the six months following the ceremony.

3. They sleep better
It should come as no surprise that sharing a bed with another person can affect how much sleep you get. After all, having someone tossing and turning, snoring, and talking during sleep beside you can influence even the deepest sleepers. Being single cuts down on nighttime disruptions and can help you get a more peaceful sleep.

4. They do less housework

If you hate doing household chores, single life might be suitable for you. One 2008 study found that single people spend fewer hours a week doing basic housework than their married counterparts.

5. They’re closer to friends and family

Single people are the glue that keeps families together. According to one study, single siblings are more likely to keep in touch with each other than those who are married. Another study found that single man and woman also spend more time with friends than those in long-term relationships.

6. They have less debt

Staying single doesn't just bring benefit for your social life: It also provides benefit for your wallet. Researchers have found that married person has more credit card debt than single person, and people who are married with children have the most debt of all.

7. They’re less stressed

Being single can help you prevent some kinds of stress and depression. A 2014 study found that marriage pressure may make couples more prone to depression, while couples who experience severe, ongoing marital stress were less able to enjoy positive experiences.

8. They’re less likely to get divorced in the future.
Staying single now can benefit your romantic relationships down the road. Generally, people who wait longer to get married have lower rates of divorce.

9. They can avoid conflicts

For people who really hate conflicts, being single can have real psychological benefits. Based on a 2015 study, people who are conflict-averse may experience less anxiety when they're single.

10. Alone time is good for you
Being alone doesn't necessarily mean being lonely. Spending time on your own gives you time to clear your mind, set your own goals and priorities, and take part in activities that interest you. Study has even found that a bit of time alone can help us become more empathetic, foster creativity, and even can improve our relationships. Moreover, you can do whatever you like, research the techniques you are interested in, for instance, I’m interested in rfid technology, usually, in my free time, I often browse RFID world network to understand the latest news about RFID, and I will also look for some excellent RFID products manufacturer, here I recommend one for you, CXJ is a leading company when it comes to e-commerce, specialized in producing and marketing of various RFID products, you may visit their website to know more about it.

Watching Legend of Miyue

Legend of Miyue was remaked based on a popular online novel, it narrates a story of Miyue’s life entwined with politics, war, and romantic love.

"I need to demonstrate to the actors and actresses how to kneel that I have frazzled three of my trousers," said Li Bin, etiquette director of the Legend of Miyue.

According to Li, the actors of The Legend of Miyue received special training on Chinese ancient etiquette before shooting. And for himself, he had been closely following the casting people, being on site with the team full-time while filming.

His careful attitude towards Chinese etiquette and its delicate presentation has paid off, as the TV series hit a historical high 1.97 percent rating within ten hours in late November, breaking online viewing records.

"Compared with many other costume dramas, the etiquette and costume in this drama is more solemn and normal. It greatly aroused my interest in history," said Sina micro-blog user Jinyumantang_297.

While talking with Beijing Times, Li said he pay great effort to filming the wedding scene between Mi Shu and Emperor Qin. "wearing an bright red dress, eating a slice of meat from a porket, drinking water from the same calabash nuptial cup and eating rice from the same bowl with hands are same with what's recorded in history about royal weddings of the Warring States Time (475-221 BC)," Li said. "The first three practices are to show that the emperor and the empress will love each other dearly, to share with each other on an equal stance and are inseparably united as one. Eating rice is the emperor's pray for a continuous golden harvest in the upcoming year."

As the follower of Zhang Xiaolong, the etiquette instructor of another court play (The Legend of Zhenhuan), Li is no less professional in being precise with the ABCs of ancient Chinese etiquette as his master has taught him at Beijing Central Academy of Drama in Beijing.

"We didn't use the red silk cloth to cover the bride's face because we believed that it was not written in record in traditional Chinese wedding until the Wei Dynasty (AD 220-280)," Li said.

"But we did attempt to make the etiquette more visually appealing - the books didn't describe how women walk while making a bow with hands folded in front, so I used the idea from the move in one of Zhang's choreographed dance for reference. The supplement enriched wedding ceremony with more details."

Did a RFID Hack influence your daily life

Here are some reviews about how RFID Hack influence your daily life with your mobile phone.

I would not want RFID tags as a sole entry access method at all. They are terrible for access control, but decent for secondary authentication. It is just too easy to clone them on the fly. At least with physical keys you must have a quality picture or hands-on for several minutes. Of course there are hybrid options that take the best of both like Cliq.

Among many other things I do lockpicking, safecracking, pentesting and the like. Most people freak out when they learn that. I have been advised to not tell people what I am capable of during interviews. Pretty sad when I have an IS degree and will be looking for work in that field soon. How am I to get a job securing things if everyone fears people that can secure things?

lots of RFID actually used is completely broken and highly unsecure, like Mifare or most of the LF tags, but there's quite a good variety of tag that you can't just clone and that are highly secure…
too bad, lots of people still use some broken old RFID technology for security.

FYI, phone cases do exist to achieve what you want. NFC (or Near Field Communication) has been around for awhile and is in a lot of Android phones already. Apple still hasn't put NFC in their phones. However, NFC emulates the RFID protocol and allows you to use one chip for several different RFID tags (from Wikipedia: NFC standards cover communications protocols and data exchange formats, and are based on existing radio-frequency identification (RFID) standards including ISO/IEC 14443 and FeliCa. NFC can be used for other things like sharing photos between your friends.

Basic knowlesge about RFID you should know

How much do you know about RFID chips? Do you know how many you're carrying at any given moment? Do you know what information is stored on them? Do you know how close a hacker needs to get to you in order to steal that information? Have you considered any form of RFID protection? And most importantly, do you know what RFID protection will be effective?

These days, RFID chips are present in all sorts of items, such as credit cards, library books, grocery goods, security tags, implanted pet details, implanted medical records, passports and more. Some schools now require their students wear RFID tags. The amount of information which could be learned about you from your RFID chips is quite a lot! Plus, you never know what those information thieves are planning on doing with your information, either. So, it's best to understand the risks of RFID hacking and limit your exposure to harm. Here's the basics of what you need to know.

What Is RFID?
RFID stands for Radio Frequency IDentification and it's used for short-distance communication of information. It does not require line of sight to work, meaning that the RFID chip and the reader merely need to be within range of each other to communicate.

There are a few main types of RFID chip:
Passive Tags require a radio signal to be emitted from the receiver in order to be read. This also means they operate on a small distance and can't transmit a lot of data. Examples of these can be found in credit cards and door passes.

Active Tags have on-board batteries and can therefore actively transmit their data over a larger distance. Also, they can transmit a larger amount of data than passive tags. Examples of active tags include toll passes mounted in cars.

RFID frequencies vary according to the device and country, but usually operate in this range:
Ultra High Frequency (UFH) RFID is 868-870 MHz or 902-928 MHz
Super High Frequency (SHF) RFID is 2.400-2.483 GHz

List Of Killer Android Apps For NFC Tags

The ever popular but often under-appreciated RFID tag has been the object of new research and experimented in new applications of many authoritative scientists around the world. When it comes to RFID systems, the only real security threat lies in the RF communication that happens between the tags and readers. Primarily because unlike beacons that simply send a signal with a beacon identifier effectively saying I'm here!”, RFID actually transmits data related to the product (the EPC or the Electronic Product Code). Few common forms of data security threats are rogue/clone tags, unauthorized riders, and side-channel attacks (interception of reader data by an unauthorized device).

That said, all UHF RFID tags operate on a single global standard (Generation 2) that have some built-in security measures including disguised EPC number and kill commands” that allow operators to deactivate tags so they don't send data. Of late, however, RFID has received some criticism for weak encryption, password protection and lack of tag or reader identification.

The cost associated with RFID solutions depends on the kind of solution (the type of tag - low frequency, high frequency or ultra-high frequency tags and type of reader) you are planning on implementing. For example, when it comes to inventory unit level tracking, RFID is without question the cheapest automation solution out there. Passive tags can cost as little as 1¢ and some ultra-high frequency reader systems can process 1,000 tags per second. At the same time, if a business calls for asset tracking at the large object level (e.g. equipment or cargo containers), beacons could be more cost-effective when compared to RFID systems.

Also, while the cost of an Active RFID tag is about at par with a beacon it calls for a more expensive investment on the reader infrastructure side. A single reader may cost up to $1,500 whereas almost all smartphones in the market can act as readers in the case of beacons. The reader would tabulate the QTY's of the items taken and immediately charge your debit or credit account from your bank.

The dependence of an RFID system on a number of components including basic hardware such as tags, readers, reader control and an application software, make it a difficult solution from an accessibility standpoint. RFID solutions cater to different ranges based on the frequency at which they operate (low freq - 10cm, high freq - 10cm to 1m, ultra-high freq - upto 12m, active RFID tags - upto 100m). Accuracy of RFID systems vary depending on the frequency of operation, the kind of tag antenna, reader and reader antenna. A significant advantage to using RFID over bar codes is RFID tagged items do not have to be precisely lined up with the scanner.

RFID Tag Supplier

Active, semi-passive and passive RFID tags are making RFID technology more accessible and prominent in our world. There are many websites dedicated to detailing this scam and supplying the scanners and tutorials on how to do it. Cloning RFID cards is no longer the preserve of experienced cyber criminals, you can even buy the equipment and blank RFID cards on eBay. Although the scanning and cloning of RFID cards is relatively easy there are a number of way to protect yourself from this emerging scam. Sharkk have established themselves as one of the market leaders in RFID protection.

RFID wallets are available in a wide range of styles from classic men's leather wallets, women's purses and ultra modern metal case designs. The basic component of a RFID blocking wallet is aluminium so in theory you could simply wrap your cards in aluminium foil but this option is not very attractive or practical. There are many manufactures of RFID wallets but the market leaders are Sharkk, Ogon, Access Denied, Travelon, Rogue and Identity Stronghold. Sharkk RFID wallets are mostly ultra modern, metal case designs available in a range of funky colours.

Many of their wallets are available in a range of bold, bright colours and patterns, if you want to protect your contactless cards and make a statement then the Ogon range is a good place to start. Rouge currently only have a small range but they specialise in wallets designed to fit in your front pocket which stops your pockets from bulging and due to the design prevents the wallet from wearing out so quickly. In this Hub, you'll learn more about RFID enabled passports and the various ways you can protect and secure your e-passport while traveling.

The design is pretty unique and won't be to everyone's taste but if you are looking for comfort and protection then the Rouge range could be right for you. In addition to their range of RFID wallets Identity Stronghold also produce single thin RFID blocking sleeves which can protect individual cards in any wallet or a signal card carried in your pocket. RFID provides an additional way to verify and authenticate a passport and the information it contains. The list of countries using RFID technology in their passports continues to rapidly grow. Look for the RFID symbol on your passport or check with your passport issuer if you're not sure.

The RFID symbol can be seen at locations that use RFID scanners, such as the customs line at the airport. Since the scanners used for ‘skimming' are easy for electronic thieves to obtain and identity theft crimes continue to be a growing problem, it's important to take precautions to prevent your RFID passport from being accessed by those who shouldn't have your information. RFID blocking passport sleeves are an easy, inexpensive way to protect and secure your RFID enabled passport. Another way to keep your RFID passport secure is to store it in a material known to block RFID transmissions. where to buy RFID tag click here.
